He relocated to the USA in 1998 and joined The Living Word Open Bible Church first as a musician, then he became the youth minister and then the minister of worship. During this time he enrolled in bible school and now serves as a leader in his home church.
As a minister of music he has released six Cd's. He travels frequently to speak at conferences, teaching at seminars and ministering at various musical events in the Caribbean and the USA. His music has earned him several awards and recognitions. He has shared the stage with some of the top names in Gospel music and appeared on radio and TV globally.
However, there is nothing more dear to Stephen's heart than missions. His passion is to see the world come to the saving knowledge of Christ Jesus. Stephen believes that reaching people with the gospel when they are young has far greater impact on their lives and the Kingdom. Through the Heart of Love ministry he touches children in Africa and the Caribbean.
With plans to reach deep into Africa and Asia and to continue his work in the Caribbean Islands, Stephen Reeves is calling for Churches to answer to the great commission and join the effort with their talents and financial assistance.
